When COVID-19 halted in-store user research, I introduced Maze to enable remote feedback—cutting feedback cycles by 50% and supporting 100+ user interviews each sprint, plus monthly in-depth sessions with 10+ users. Concurrently, I redesigned the application and built a design system from scratch using the Atomic approach, ensuring designers and developers worked seamlessly together. In collaboration with business analysts, I mapped interfaces, ran weekly new-feature demos, and streamlined onboarding. The result? For Wolters Kluwer, I modernized a legacy tax compliance platform by migrating its UI from Angular to React, preserving brand integrity while enhancing usability.

I designed an engaging interface with gamification elements like discovery badges, motivating exploration and cultural appreciation.
