I designed and built HireFlick — a SaaS platform that streamlines the tech hiring process through automated AI interviews.

Key Features

• Automated AI Interviews: Claude AI evaluates candidate responses based on structured criteria.

• Dashboard for Recruiters: Interview status, scoring, and reports with server-side pagination and filters.

• Candidate Invitation System: Manual email invites + public “Share Link” for scalable hiring.

• Credit-Based Model: FREE plan + paid packages with gated features and usage tracking.

• Candidate Flow: Smart invite landing pages, real-time interview sessions, CV uploads.

• Final Scoring: AI-generated feedback and summary assessments post-interview.

Tech Stack

• Frontend: Next.js (App Router), Shadcn/UI, Tailwind CSS, Firebase Auth, Firestore

• Backend: Python, FastAPI, Firebase Admin SDK, Claude API, Resend (email service)

• Data & Infra: Firestore for structured data, Firebase Storage for CVs

• AI Evaluation: Claude AI (via custom evaluation prompts and structured session context)

I implemented both frontend and backend, handled AI prompt engineering, and designed the full UX.
